Each Masked Marvel Custom Goalie Helmet shell is constructed with state of the art military grade carbon fiber and Kevlar material. The sheer strength, balance and weight of our 2.16 lbs helmet design is truly unmatchable. This is achieved by using custom crafted titanium cages on every helmet. Yes, this is an extraordinary industry first. Each helmet comes standard with a titanium cage cat eye or HECC approved cage. To reach consistency, durability and strength, each helmet is vacuumed molded with a predetermined amount of fiber and proprietary hybrid resin. Each helmet shell is cut using a precision water jet, which in turn provides consistent trimming and promotes strength throughout the entire helmet.

The inside of the helmet is crafted just as meticulously as the outside. Each mask is fitted with black custom shock absorbing Vinyl Nitrile closed cell padding. Every piece of padding has acoustical components within each shape to ensure reduction in vibration and ringing when the helmet is struck by a puck.
