- All returns must be authorized by a Masked Marvel Custom
Goalie Helmets, LLC representative.
- Any Unauthorized
Returns will be refused at delivery and returned to the sender.
- Payment
methods: cash, Visa, MasterCard, money order, bank check
or personal check (personal checks must clear before the manufacturing
or shipping of products). $25 will be charged to the customer
on any returned checks.
- 50% of the price must
be paid up front to reserve production time. The remaining
50% plus shipping costs must be paid when the product is
ready to ship. The 50% down payment is non-refundable.
- Production
schedules will vary throughout the year. A lead time will be
quoted at the time of ordering.
- The customer is
responsible for any shipping costs, insurance coverage, taxes,
tariffs, duties or brokerage fees that may apply.
- All
helmets that are shipped will be shipped with insurance
coverage for lost or damaged helmets. Insurance can be purchased
at the cost of the purchaser.
- Products will normally
be shipped by UPS or U.S. mail
- There are NO warranties
on custom paint jobs. Masked Marvel Custom Goalie Helmets.
LLC. will not operate as a third party when dealing with
painters.
Masked Marvel Custom Goalie Helmets warranty is
invalid if the product has been altered in anyway from the original
manufactured date. Ice hockey is a collision sport which is dangerous.
Masked Marvel Custom Goalie Helmets affords no protection from
neck or spinal injury. Severe head, brain, or spinal injuries,
including paralysis or death, may occur despite using this helmet. |
