Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC warranty is solely to the original retail purchaser of this product. At the time of purchase, Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC warrants that each Masked Marvel Goalie Helmet is free from defects in materials and workmanship according to the established guidelines of the manufacture at the time of purchase. This warranty applies only for normal use for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Each Masked Marvel Goalie Helmet has a specific serial number for certification and authenticity purposes.

Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC commitment under this warranty shall be restricted to the repair or exchange of any part that is fabricated from Carbon & Kevlar composites which may prove substandard under normal use. Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product is defective or not in compliance with set guidelines.

THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE ICE HOCKEY IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS SPORT, MASKED MARVEL GOALIE HELMETS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY THAT OCCURS THROUGH THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume liability in connection with the sale of this product.

Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC warranty does not apply to any part thereof which has been subject to misfortune, carelessness, modification, adjustment, misuse or mishandling. Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC grants no warranty regarding any accessories or extra parts not supplied by Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC. This said warranty is annulled if repairs, services or repainting of any part is started and/ or completed by anyone other than Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC. (Paint chips, scratches, and normal wear not included) Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC is not responsible for custom paint work performed by anyone other than Masked Marvel Helmets. Customers that have their Masked Marvel Goalie Helmet painted by an approved certified painter will have to deal directly with certified painter for any issues relating to the custom art work. Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC will not act as a third party.

Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC warranty shall be considered canceled (a) if a part is used in a manner contrary to the directions which accompany the product (b) due to postal or freight damage (c) due to any other damage caused by circumstances beyond Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets, LLC control, and (d) if the product has been altered in anyway from the original manufactured date.

Ice hockey is a collision sport which is dangerous. Masked Marvel Goalie Helmets affords no protection from neck or spinal injury. Severe head, brain, or spinal injuries including paralysis or death may occur despite using this helmet.
